Frequently Asked Questions

The photography fee may vary significantly depending on factors such as shooting time, number of photos, and location. The exact amount is determined after our staff conducts a consultation upon your inquiry. We have provided approximate prices on our website for your reference.

We generally shoot at locations based on your preferences. For customers who prefer a studio setting, photography takes place in Pembroke Pines, Florida. We also offer shoots at places that hold personal memories for you, in nature-rich settings, or even at your own home, which is a popular choice.

For on-location kimono photography, the rental fee for the kimono is included. Additionally, if you wish to include extra kimonos (for siblings or parents), you can choose this option. For more details, please refer to the on-location kimono photography page.

On rainy days, there are photography styles that can be captured specifically due to the rain. Depending on the conditions, we may proceed with the photoshoot or opt to cancel. During on-location photoshoots, we make adjustments to the style and location to ensure that the photoshoot can continue whenever possible. However, if the rainy weather becomes too severe to proceed safely, we will need to reschedule. We will always consult with you and adapt to the situation accordingly, so please rest assured.

We strive to be as flexible as possible in our approach. However, in the event of a postponement request on the day before or the day of the scheduled session, rescheduling might require an additional charge for transportation expenses, as the date would need to be moved to a later time. If the postponement is due to the client’s health condition, we kindly request that you inform us as early as possible.
